Natural Extraction

One of my most favorite stores is Whole Foods Market.  It's a shame that the closest one to me is 85 miles away, and most of the time, I visit the one in Schaumburg, IL which is 135.1 miles away.  I often complain that my life would be so much more healthy if I lived closer to a store such as this.

This past weekend my family and I stopped by the Schaumburg store, as we were in the neighborhood on our way pick up my brother-in-law at Ohare.  As soon as I walked in, I saw the most beautiful organic fruits and vegetables!  I didn't have a list with me at the time, so I wasn't able to fully gather my thoughts for what I needed.  I did buy some lovely organic Pink Lady and Granny Smith apples (hard to find at a decent price around here), Raw Sugar, Basil Pesto, 2 small gelatos (vanilla and cookies and cream) and these wonderful Terra Chips.
