I'm a mom, so I know how crazy life can be.  With a million things vying for my attention, how do I make time to prepare cheap healthy meals at home?  One thing my kids enjoy are tortilla wraps (I prefer the low carb or wheat tortillas, but all we had in the house at the time was the pasty white ones).  I baked some boneless skinless chicken breasts that would last us about a week.  When lunch time rolls around, it makes it so much easier to grab the already cooked chicken and make a masterpiece of it!  I cut up the chicken and added some shredded mozzarella cheese and a small amount of Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing.  Place in the microwave for 45 seconds, add avocado, and here it is!
