Kefir Smoothie

My new favorite breakfast or snack!  Pour 8 ounces of kefir into a blender.  Add in a scoop of protein powder and fruit of choice.  It's oh so good!  For an extra nutritious punch throw on a handful of spinach and a TBSP of ground flax.  I will be experimenting with smoothies trying various ingredients.  Be sure to watch for recipes!
